How?

1. Face mask is a MUST
   Especially if you have any contagious disease
2. Use elbow to cover up if don’t have Mask
   This is a great way to cover your mouth and nose during coughing and sneezing rather than using your hands because your hands are the most part of the body that causing the spread of the virus to yourself or others.
3. Use tissue & Discard immediately
   Cover your mouth and nose with tissue or handkerchief when coughing and sneezing. Immediately throw away a used tissue into the bin. Germs on tissue can survive for several hours.
4. Always soap hands & arms
   Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and clean water to prevent the spread of virus.
5. Turn away during Cough & Sneeze
   Do not face other people during coughing or sneezing.

Always cover your mouth and nose during coughing or sneezing. Together we prevent the COVID-19 outbreak.
